Through fourteen years of playing guitar, bass, and drums music across a wide variety of idioms and seven years of collegiate study at both The California Jazz Conservatory and Boston's Berklee College of Music, Malcolm has acquired a deep understanding of melody, harmony, songwriting, and, in particular, rhythm.
His love of film joins this set of skills to create a unique and entertaining academic experience for anyone willing to tolerate his endless movie references and spontaneous humming of melodies.
