Pablo’s passion is teaching guitar in rock, metal, and classical styles. He loves bands such as Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Testament, as well as composers such as Bach and Debussy. He teaches both acoustic and electric guitar, and works well with students of all ages and skill levels. He always makes sure each of his students advance on a weekly basis. Pablo’s teaching method involves practicing correct technique, note reading, ear training and improvisation, as well as, of course, learning the students’ favorite songs.
Pablo has been playing guitar for thirteen years and teaching for seven. He has studied with instructors of music theory and composition, classical guitar, metal, bossa nova and flamenco. He is also a member and songwriter for the metal band Aether, which currently plays shows in San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area.
